My fiance, our puppy, and I have loved our time here at The Gryff! Our view of downtown Rochester is breath-taking, and it makes you feel like you're in the city but it's still quiet and cozy. Thesis Brewery next door and Beetles across the street always make for awesome night-out options and our landlord, Katie, is very kind and super responsive to any and all needs. This complex is pet-friendly and it seems that many of our neighbors have dogs, but we never hear others barking and our encounters with all of the other pups have been great. I work at St. Mary's and bus #8 comes by every morning, but otherwise it's only about a 10-minute walk to St. Marys and the intercampus shuttle system for downtown Mayo campus when the weather is nice. Highly recommend to anyone!!
