I've been a tenant for almost a year and couldn't be happier with the property management team at Preserve on Maine Maintenance requests are handled quickly, communication is always clear and friendly and the building is ALWAYS clean and kept in great condition! It's rare to find a management company that genuinely cares about their tenants, highly recommend!

We are coming up on a year of living here at the Preserves on Maine. It has been a wonderful community, safe, clean, friendly staff and neighbors. I enjoy the gatherings that the staff throw for us here and prompt attention they provide to any concerns. We will be signing our lease for another year!
