This house is everything you need for a single person, especially since I either work out of town or from home. Close highway access and walkable to downtown and the fairgrounds. If it wasn't for how much I love my home, I would never work with this rental company again. Maintenance takes a long time (almost a month) to get done with no compensation for the inconvenience, but if I am late on rent by a single day its $100. Not really impressed with this. Another request was ignored completely and went ahead and invested my own money into this home where I shouldn't have had to. It is incredibly frustrating. A lot of us live paycheck to paycheck and are struggling right now. It isn't like I dont want to pay, all I do is stress over it. But I can't submit a payment with no funds. Your inflexibility on this even when called in advance is really disappointing. You allow one late payment per rental I was told, no matter how long we have been with you. Just a suggestion, but maybe give us a chance to get out of poverty and work with those of us who are trying to work with you. Sorry for the spew, but it's incredibly frustrating.
