The apartments are a good size/value/rent amts.. Maintenance is slow to respond. Managment doesn't always respond.... need to call/email more than once 50% of the time. Advertised elevator is NOT actually there... Caretaking is getting better, shoveling, Vacuuming, etc. has not happened as needed in the past. The other tenants are good. Noice levels are tolerable, most adhere to lease quiet time.

I love living here. Townhomes are clean and cozy, spacious and plenty of storage. I had problems with neighbors playing loud music, but thankfully they moved.

The manager has been changed 4 or 5 times since I moved in. I was promised to be moved downstairs or to a townhome as first one available because I was told there was an elevator in the building (made to take 2nd floor or go to bottom of the list). My Primary Dr wrote a letter stating the amount of stairs are a safety risk for my medical condition. I have called manager a few times, but then I seemed to get lost in shuffle. The last time i checked and was told I was 13th!!! on the list.?,!? Why,... no answer... I have also had extreme difficulty in rent charges, late charges... They don't send out Bill's, or receipts, and I was told I had to send Money Orders because I didnt have checking account. I asked if I could use my Debit card and was repeatedly told No.. The last conversation I had about rent payments. I was told.... go to Rent Cafe and enter routing and account numbers for my debit card.... Why was I not told this over 2 years ago..... I have been charged hundreds of dollars in late fees charges because I wasn't told when they applied charges. So, the following months... i sent my rent not knowing about the fee so they kept charging me month after month...... This has happened more than 4 times in the last 2 years... There is a huge lack of follow through when dealing with management. I have been told other tenants have had similar problems when trying to get solutions. I do like my apartment and not having trouble to find places to stay/live.... But I really wish there was something we could do when having different problems. So, I have give them a Zero out of 5 Stars for A Lot of things..... Thanks
