Over Great experience and current apartment is perfect size. I know there are new apartments close like Maple Grove with the same square footage, brand new at the same price. Anyway, it would be kind of nice to have some upgrades in the interim. If you’re a new tenant, you get upgrades to your apartment. Love the staff. Elevators been down for a considerable time and I understand it’s the manufactures parts there. We’re waiting for. Unless there’s a capital fund issue I’m not sure. But again the staff has been great with me.

Hello, I have lived here for five years, and the suburb of Plymouth is a great community. The coachman apartments' location is lovely in a wooded area, close to a small lake and parks. I enjoy writing my bicycle on theLuce line and walking, which is close to the apartment. I recommend living here based on the price, yes, and new residents are getting an upgrade in their apartments which is fantastic. New carpeting in the common area and walkways are needed for the common areas at the condo. Or the carpet is cleaned quarterly. The current carpet cleaner may make it difficult to get the stains out. Also, the longer-term residence that it is built into the budget for capital expenditures of air conditioning units that are outdated and not efficient and stand-up shower stalls to be replaced that are in poor condition. The replacement carpeting in the older apartments, which I know is difficult when you live in the apartment, but maybe there is some solution for that. So if you're a new resident, yes, I would recommend coachman and think about ways that can be made to existing residents or long-term residents. Thank you very much. I enjoy living here—just food for thought. Of Course, the site manager and staff are all great, and it worked with me very well!
