Great, Alright

I recently had the opportunity to live in Parked Place Appartments, and overall, it was a positive experience. The apartment itself was spacious. I appreciated the technology used for security. The location was a major plus, situated near the citys. Having grocery stores, parks, restaurants within walking distance made my daily routine much more convenient. In terms of management, the was helpful and responsible. Whenever I had maintenance requests, they were addressed promptly, which I greatly appreciated. However, there were a few downsides. Like not enough parking space. These aspects could be improved to enhance the overall living experience. In conclusion, I would recommend Parked place appartments to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live, especially if they value living comfortably With a few improvements, it could easily be a five-star living situation

Great place to live

We are having a heat wave. The apartments have central air and a new system that controls everything from your phone. The parking is heated and cooled. We have both trash and recycle bins at every elevator in the basement. Walking trails across the street yet can get into Minneapolis is under 20 minutes. Our heat during Minnesota winters is gas. Lowest utility bills of all of my apartment dwelling friends. Dog park, swimming pool and a nice gym with good equipment. What's not to love.

Great location

I have lived here since 2017 so this will be going into my 8th year living here. My only complaints would be that with the few issues I have had with utilities the maintenance has been very slow and it is frustrating that the second pool outside the 605 has not been functional for the last 5-6 years. The new work out center is very nice.
