Park place

Pipes leak all the time in the garage, grills never worked by me was promised new ones would be installed. Elevators look like trash. No gym and still have to pay an arm and a leg is ridiculous.

Pretty good, but not amazing

We've lived at Park Place for just about a year, and we love our apartment because it is good for what we need right now, but there could be some improvements. Our 2-bedroom is a good amount of space for us, our dog, and our cat. We live on the first floor with a walk out porch, which is super convenient for taking our dog out. There are public grills (basic ones you might see in state parks) throughout the property, but the one by us has a broken temperature gage. They do a pretty good job about clearing snow from the lots and salting, but they don’t put enough salt on the walking paths so they get pretty icy sometimes. The pools are a great amenity in the summer, and they are currently renovating the fitness center. The Luxer package lockers are also great to have. The property management is pretty good, they always respond quickly to my emails. We love having an in-unit washer and dryer, but they are very basic and seem like they are at least 10 years old. The kitchen looks nice and has decent appliances, but is slightly too small (not comfortable enough for 2 people at one time) and the cabinetry isn’t great. The cross-sectional cabinets near the sink look like they were just added onto the preexisting cabinets instead of refitting new cabinetry to the space, resulting in some inconvenient and extremely narrow drawers and cabinets. The apartment advertised sink garbage disposals when we were looking, but our apartment does not have one. Some of the interior doors were poorly installed, so there are unfixable cracks in the frame and the doors don’t latch properly. Overall, our apartment is functional, looks good, and is a good value for what we need and can afford (especially for being pet friendly), but there are definitely some things that could be improved.

Staff is amazing

The staff is amazing. The noise is a bit of a problem. You can hear people walking on the floor above yours, in the apartment and hallway. Maintenance is pretty much on top of any issue you may have.
