Getting ahold of any one in the office is difficult. Before you could just go in and talk to people now there are so many channels you have to go through.

Needs update management

I have lived here 15 years. The last 2 uears have been the worst. Noisy neighbors all hours of the night, barking dogs, smoking tenants. No staff on site. No one seems to care about Briar Pond anymore. Very frustrating.
