Lack of maintenance help and communication
We spend almost $1500 monthly on rent and around $300 a month on utilities. We have had many issues with appliances since move in. It took maintenance 2+ months to come and fix issues in the past. I had emails that went without replies to the office - we love our house, but we get very little help for the amount we pay a month at Mallard Creek. We currently have a work order request in and have yet to hear anything. Granted its only been a few days, but with what our issues are some timliness would be appreciated.
