Too expensive for what you get. Property is often littered. Overall maintenance is marginal at best.

Great place to live! Some people are loud though and the parking lot is not very big. Other than that, its a great place
Great Place!
We have lived here for about 2 months now. I love that I able to go to a gym and workout without driving anywhere. The one thing that I wish there could be more of is parking, especially when friends and family come. Also, at night I can hear kids running up and down the apartment halls, which isn't a place where kids should play. Other than that, the staff have been very helpful and nice since we lived there!
No longer affordable
Cleanliness of property needs work. Moorhead office staff could improve on friendliness. Constant rental increases are absurd and are close to making this unit unaffordable
