Was told by emergency maintenance snow removal normally done by noon if you work in the morning dont rent here

Great apartment in south Moorhead. Would recommend to friends and family for sure if they were moving to the area. nice walking path and close to everything you need.

Not happy with maintenance charging me for things, I was not supposed to be charged for, staff coming into my apartment without notice at all and constant staffing turn around leading to many difficult issues

its straight, ladies at the front office are nice. Rent is insane not gonna lie. Like 10 years ago this was a 750$ apt. how did we double

We love the location of our apartment. It works great for our family! Prices are fairly reasonable too. There are a few things that could be improved. These include: - Availability of office staff - Having a recycling bin available - Enforcing rules. For example, noise policy and pet policy and where they go to the bathroom.
