I have lived here for 4 years and honestly it has gone pretty well. There isn't much that is bad here. Everyday life is completely fine. Only once has the staff exercised their "enter whenever we want" right. My only real complaint is that it is very cookie cutter. If you ask for anything, regarding price, maintenance, carpet cleaning, etc. the staff will not even have a conversation about it. Most of the time this is a good thing, but twice now a maintenance request has left my apartment less functional than before the request. Both of which are pluming related and when my sink was not functional I had to wait 2 full days before anyone came to fix it and I could not use my kitchen sink or dishwasher. On the first day after posting my ticket, I went to the office and asked why I haven't had any communication on it and the employee responded with: (paraphrased) You marked the ticket as critical, but no one has been assigned the ticket because I didn't call the ticket in. I made it online, through the provided portal. Then it still took another day before Maintenance came. Rant aside. Still value for money and decent enough community. Just seems like the office workers could care less that this is our home. Nothing to them is important or a conversation when it comes to our home. Just another number to pay rent. That being said, you don't have to interact with them very often, so it probably doesn't matter that much. It took 2 full years before I had to talk to an employee after moving in and I have no complaints about that time. Huge win!
