Stone Mill Villa 902

Living at StoneMill Villas has been great! Ive been here 5 years and have enjoyed the breezes coming off the prairie fields, as well as the proximity to city night life and the Mall. Being animal-friendly and still having clean grounds and lovely neighborhoods makes it a superb neighborhood for taking walks and meeting new friends. The clubhouse amenities and special events add an extra touch of value and convenience. I’m so glad im here.

Great place to live! A couple things could improve but overall good!

I have no problem while I have been in the villas.

The apartment is spacious and in a decent area however the units are not as advertised when it comes to sound proofing design and frankly overpriced no matter what the market dictates. The lack of windows allowing natural light to enter the units were a major design flaw and the ventilation system leaves a lot to be desired. But my biggest gripe is the absolutely atrocious snow removal team who create more work for residents. Not only do they show up extremely late at times but what is the point of shoveling 2 feet in front of my garage if the individuals continue to push the snow back in front of the garage. Other than that my experience has been a pleasant one.

I've been at StoneMill Villas for 3 years and they treat people very well here. The design and construction of the rooms and the garage make for a convenient lifestyle for me and my two cats.

Ypu cannot find a parking spot here. The downstairs Apts don't have windows in the living room so you don't get any lights. The walls are so thin that you can hear neighbors talking normally.
