Management is completely unorganized when it comes to maintenance. Ive had broken lights for a month, and they are unwilling to let me know when it will be fixed. After repeatedly asking, emailing, submitting requests, all they will say is “its scheduled.” Clearly, maintaining their properties is not a priority. Being honest to their tenants is also not a priority. A month seems like plenty of time to schedule a repair, and let their tenants know when it will be fixed. If you want to live under a lease by Zander Properties, i hope you are an electrician who can do your own repairs, as they are seeminly in no hurry to do it themselves.

Management has left me without working lights for 3 weeks and counting. Everytime i ask about it, i am met with “its scheduled” or “the maintenance man is on leave.” Its beginning to look like gross incompetence to me. If you want to live somewhere where they stall your repairs for a month, this is the place for you!

Been waiting on broken lights to be fixed for weeks, and i have no idea when it will be completed. Ive been told it is because the maintenance person is on leave, but if one person going on leave causes a three week delay in their repairs, then they clearly should hire a second maintenance man. This is not to fault the maintenance man for going on vacation. The fault is in managements inability to schedule timely repairs and poor communication to their tenants. At least let us know when we can expect someone in our unit, instead of just saying “its scheduled.” Everything other than that has been great.

No con has outweighed any pros. I like the location, neighbors seem to be friendly, only pleasant exchanges with staff. A bit outdated, but I like the charm of my yellow kitchen sink and colored tub
