Companion Corp 1518

This townhome is very nice and I have never had issues with maintenance coming and taking care of any issues. However, there is no snow removal nor lawn mowing. It is all up to you, so be warned that you are responsible as if you owned the home. The city does a very crappy job of clearing the street. There is no room for snow. If you get a snow fall, try to push it as far back of the house as possible so that you have room for later in the year when we keep getting dumped on. My complaint is not with Prairie property. It is with the city.
