The place is decent, nothing fancy but I have the things I need for a good price compared to most places these days-my only concern is each time ive tried communicating with the office, I dont recieve the same effort. Told them about my situation one day with the utility company (how their refusal to communicate and work with me made me fall behind on rent) and how i finally got it under control to be able fo start focusing more on the rent when i was putting money towards rent one day, they didnt even bother let me know that they were limiting the time and a week later i was given a 14 day notice-days after id the county approved my emergency assistance (was told shed lleft a voicemail for the office), they wouldnt even confirm for me that they'd heard from the county yet.

I’ve put in multiple maintenance requests for the same things for the past month and a half and have yet to have anything fixed. I’ve had to hire people/fix things myself.
