1210 19 1/2 Street South

This place will be held in a special area of my heart. I cannot begin to accurately describe with words alone how greatful i am to be renting here. This is my first year staying in this apartment complex. I hope to remain a good tenant for this building.

I have enjoyed staying here at 1210 19 1/2 street South! I plan to definitely renew my lease when I am able to. Im hoping its by the end of march into april of this year; that I do as thats when i moved in the first place, that was before rkak took over as managing this apartment complex. I also hope that i can lock in the rent price of $560/month I love that for my first apartment, rent is so affordable in the Fargo-Moorhead area whereas compared to everywhere else in town, its like $600-$1,400 a month for rent. So to sum it all up, i enjoy it here and the rent is affordable, i hope that wont change in the near future!

These past 4 months have been nothing but exciting to say the least; this is my first time renting an apartment of my own. I like the peace and quiet that my apartment brings me. I look forward to completing my lease and renewing it come by next april so i can continue to be a good tenant.
