All is good Lived there 8 years.. I wish there was assigned parking, to many nonresidents park in the lot.

Its a sleepy area so that is quite nice. This property is right by the courthouse and on one of the main driving lanes so it gets loud with emergency vehicles at random point. Other than that, its an older building with a more hands off approach which is what we were looking for. They never fixed anything they said they would by move in but it was all superficial so at this point Im willing to leave sleeping dogs lie. If there was more extensive damge i would be worried about moving in since they did not come through on promises when signing the lease. Staff has been nice if irreverant which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. All in all it checks more boxes than leaves empy so I’m happy.

So far so good, secure property and feeling satisfied so far.

I love the size and prize of the apartment complex, and the aprtment itself is perfect for our needs. The maintenence request wait time is outragious, repairs are done poorly and not in regards to the living conditions of the tenants. We’ve had to make multiple calls to get requests done after months have gonr by, and the staff are rude and seem annoyed when any calls are made to the office.

Lots of shady tenants, police are there many times

RKAK. Doesn't take care of their property. I was using a walker temporary and had to shovel a path thru the parking lot. They need to maintain better.
