Good for value

Newly renovated but needs new air conditioning and balcony is in ruff shape. The remodeling construction was done very sloppy and there's many issues with trim boards and the measuring for cutting lengths. Screens on window is broken. The apartment needed cleaning. The renovations were never cleaned up after completion. I'm still happy with the place. Oh, the stairwells need a major overhaul.
