We are in our 10th year at Raspberry Woods and still very happy with our location and our unit. We feel we are listened to by management and that Jacob tries to take a care of any problems that we might have. Also, our lead maintenance man, Thomas, is exceptional. Always does a good job when he has to visit our unit and is always very friendly and respectful.

I have been living in my place for almost a year now. I enjoy the quiet living, and enjoy having the isolation of woods in my backyard. I live on the ground floor, and was concerned about having upstairs neighbors, but that hasn't been an issue at all. Having in-unit washer and dryer is very nice and handy, and any maintenance issue I have had has been resolved almost immediately. I can see myself living here for the foreseeable future...

We've been living here for about 4 1/2 months and the staff, both office and maintenance have been great. Any issue we've called the office about has been handled quickly and cheerfully. Sidewalks are shoveled and salted and the parking lot and drives are plowed . Any maintenance people that had to come in the townhouse have been courteous and friendly, even taking off their shoes. Jeff is especially helpful.

We love the peace and quiet! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained! We love our patio area, it feels like we are in the woods and no one else is here! The staff and maintenance are the at the top.

My husband and I have lived in our new home for one month now. We love our new place. It is spacious, updated, and we had a great move-in experience. The one maintenance request we have had to make was done the day of request. The staff is helpful and friendly, and we are very excited for our new life in our new home. The neighbors seem friendly, and it is a nice quiet neighborhood to come home to.
