The building is old. And expensive

We have complained very bad smelling of weed in our unit the management did nothing , sometimes when i go to the office the office itself is smelling cigarette, the management team they are not capable. So many of our community we vacate the building this yaer

Staff are great. Maintenance issues are addressed very quickly and in a timely manner. Have had no complaints of administrative staff. They have ALWAYS addressed our issues. They have been nothing but kind and respectful towards us. Parking gets taken up sometimes. The apartment is very LOUD. My biggest complaint is how loud every little noise is in this apartment. The price I pay for rent I think laundry should be free. Also think underground parking should be free since the normal parking gets taken up. Residents are allowed to smoke in their apartments. Too often my apartment smells like smoke, and weed, although weed is not allowed. I do not smoke either and I would rather my apartment not smell like chemical smoke or marijuana. Rent is ridiculous, but it is ridiculous everywhere so I can't blame that on Minnetonka Hills. So I hope the investors are at least living nicely because many people here are barely scraping by as it is given both rent prices and the housing market.
