I wish for better amenities and a lease.
I think the workout room needs to be either updated nothing works. Our computer lab does not work and passwords are not accessible. We need more free parking for all residents. I Also think we could use a community room for donations and lightly used items .

Great View bad upkeep
Its been pretty good, but neighbors are quite loud, and the general upkeep of the building is pretty below average.
