Just moved and haven't been in the unit very long so my first impressions are as such. Parking: if you don't spring for under ground parking the surface lot is small and generally fills up very quick, there is street parking around the building to utilize. Amenities: having access to a small workout area 24/7 is nice, it is in only one of the two buildings so you will have to walk across the lot to access it if you live in the other one Maintenance: haven't had a chance to deal with any issues yet so i can't judge Staff: has been very responsive if i send an email and very prompt to answer any questions I have had. Value: I find the interior to my unit to be of great value, having lived in cookie cutter apts my whole life it is nice to have high ceilings, central air. Location: just on the south side of Minneapolis its a nice quick 5 min drive into the city. the view outside my east facing unit isn't nothing special but it isn't the worst either. Noise: I had to take measures to help sound proof my door as hallways can get loud and sound traveled through it like no tomorrow. Other tenants can be on the loud side but that isn't managements fault. You can hear the residents above you depending on how they walk. There is some street noise being next to the hospital, but you can also hear people holding conversations as they walk by with the windows closed, and my unit is on the third floor. Overall I would currently recommend this property to rent.

The maintenance and front desk staff are helpful, proactive, and highly responsive. Move-in was easy to schedule and accommodating. I had one minor maintenance issue a few days after move-in, and their team responded quickly, fixed the issue within two days (it was not urgent), and they even followed up via text to ensure everything went well and no other service was needed. It's also a quiet property,
