Park Avenue Apartments, located at 2418 Park Avenue in the Phillips West Neighborhood, provides affordable housing and supportive housing opportunities. Built in 2008, our apartment homes feature two elevators, underground parking and 48 apartments. Thirty-eight of the apartments are for households earning up to 50-60% of area median income with the remaining 10 apartments offered to households experiencing long-term homelessness. The larger four-bedroom units feature a ground entrance, townhome-style, with two levels of living space. The one-, two- and three- bedroom units are designed as flats and are located on floors three through five.
