Since Summer 2025 there have been ongoing issues with the elevators. For two straight months only one elevator was available for the 36 floors. This resulted in waiting a good 30 minutes simply to get on the elevator. This fall there have been several occasions where the elevator doors do not open when arriving to my floor. I am forced to pry the doors open. Myself and many others have reported this to management. Their response is, "it's due to air pressure." The outdoor pool was not available for half the summer. It took until mid-July to finally open it. When it was open, it was always a gamble as if it was functioning or not. This fall there was a massive leak of coolant all over the main floor elevators and hallways. The management company does not communicate with residents. When you bring up concerns, they respond as though they would rather have you leave the property than actually manage and maintain the property. The views are incredible and great! But don't let that sucker you into a lease with a property manager who does not care about you or your home.

It is rare when one finds an apartment complex that truly wants the best for their residents. This is the case for LPM Apartments run by Weidner Apartment Living. All maintenance requests are handled professionally and done in a timely manner. Staff is professional and courteous with excellent security/concierge services. Monthly residents' get togethers continue to encourage community and growth. The location and views from the upper floors for Downtown Minneapolis is still second to none. Amenities are clean and well kept up on a daily basis. A+ rating from this resident and I would invite you to visit and find out for yourself.

I moved to LPM in Spring 2021. I’m on the 27th floor with a beautiful W-NW view of Loring Park, and an entire horizon full of fireworks on the 4th! I love watching sunsets, or gathering storm clouds from my floor to ceiling windows, or my open-air balcony. LPM has some of the nicest amenities I’ve had access to over the past 20 years of apartment dwelling downtown - large gym, indoor lap pool, and a wide variety of recreational areas to name a few. The staff is amiable and accessible, maintenance is efficient and courteous, and security has a strong presence to keep things safe. Attached parking and on-site storage are a definite plus. LPM is very pet-friendly, with dog treats at the concierge desk, an indoor playroom and wash station for late nights or below-zero mornings. Although I downsized when I moved to LPM, it has been a luxurious upgrade in living environments and I hope to stay for many years to come.

LPM is a solid community! Bummer that there was a lot of great employees let go during the PM transition but things seem to be going smoothly. Great location, solid amenities, respectful neighbors (For the most part, lol)

I moved into LPM Apartments in March 2023 and I like this place. I love the pools and all the amenities. It's great because it's so close to downtown and to the all the freeways.
