Friendly, Luxe, Location!!

Green on 4th has THE best staff. They're friendly, they go beyond expectations! Move-in was easy with their options on security deposits. You don't have to hit the lottery to secure a downpayment, thereare options. The apartments are spaciuous for the price; this is what impressed me the most. Location is close to anywhere you need to be in the cities and outside the metro. Beautiful community garden and curb appeal. Best of all, the safest place I have lived in Minneapolis. Not to mention, a Fresh Thyme market grocery and liquor store just across the street and nighttime security. Love my apartment and the community!!! 10 +starts
