I don't typically leave negative reviews, but after nearly 100 days dealing with a single unresolved maintenance issue, I feel it's important to share my experience. On April 21, 2026, I submitted a work order because the blinds in my apartment broke. As of this review, the issue is still unresolved despite multiple maintenance visits to measure the windows and numerous follow-ups on my part. While delays happen, my biggest disappointment has been the communication and lack of accountability. I repeatedly requested updates and was consistently told there was no new information. I also asked multiple times for the name and contact information of a manager or regional representative so I could escalate my concerns. Despite asking several employees over the course of this process, I was never provided with an escalation contact. I eventually searched LinkedIn myself to identify someone at Red Tail Residential because no one would provide me with management's contact information. Even after reaching out directly, I have not received a response. My most recent emails requesting an escalation contact have also gone unanswered. This isn't simply about broken blinds. It's about spending nearly 100 days trying to resolve a basic maintenance issue while being unable to reach anyone with the authority to help. Every resident deserves clear communication and an established escalation process when concerns aren't being addressed. I hope Red Tail Residential uses this feedback to improve both its maintenance communication and customer service. Delays can happen, but residents should never feel ignored or left without a way to escalate unresolved issues.
