Love it but

Love my apartment im a single mom with a 3 year old daughter i work 5 days a week i try to go to bed early but Unfortunately my neighbor has her music blasting all day and night!!! I dontthink she works bc its a constant music festival next door . Its like hello u have nieghbors?!? Its really annoying bc me and my daughter cant get any peace without having to hear a concert next door . Weve mentined it to the office . It worked for a week or 2 and yet shes back again blasting music at 8 am on a sunday when im trying to sleep in :((((
