Artist Preference Artspace NKB Lofts is artist-preference housing. At all times, preference is given to income-qualified households that include at least one artist. An artist is defined as an individual who actively practices or has training in a creative discipline, which may include (but is not limited to) visual arts, performing arts, literary arts, music, design, teaching arts, or related creative fields. Artist status is self-identified and documented as part of the application process. All applicants must meet income and program eligibility requirements.
