So, my primary complaints are these: 1. Parking, specifically guest parking and the frustrating limitations. 2. The community third space (specifically the gym) no longer being open 24/7 1. I think it is unreasonable to have 5 guest parking spaces for 23 floors of apartments. That absolute *least* the property management can do is negotiating terms and validate parking at the garage literally across the street. Parking downtown is a nightmare, and with only 5 spots (and the additional night only parking with towing enforcement in the morning) having guests over just doesn't happen as much as it should. 2. I have unconventional work hours due to my job, and that stacked with insomnia means that sometimes I want to use the gym at two am. I had access to a 24hr gym, and that wasn't an issue. Then for reasons not clarified to the community, that was closed off. The incoming property management had the ability to rectify this situation, but left the 11pm to 5am closure in place. If it's a sefty concern, I expect my management to find a better way to mitigate these concerns. Other than those two primary concerns I love my apartment, the location, the amenities, the staff and have no other real complaints.

We had an annoying chirping coming from a smoke detector. We replaced the battery, but that didn't help. We called maintenance and they responded very quickly and fixed the problem. Very nicely done! Thank you!
