Mostly good

I've liked living here, it's a good spot with easy access to whatever I've needed. Something I'm upset about is that rent and utilities were raised when the new management came in. The old costs were what really attracted me to the place but now they're not as good. Somethings that I like though are the responsiveness to maintenance requests, it's always been the next day when my problem was looked at, I've never had to worry about finding a parking spot, and the actual apartment itself is nice.
