Still the a gem but losing its shine!

Privileged and selfish lots have made it challenging at times for especially long term residents who love and care about building. Noahs leadership along wth Sarah, Joseph in security and the amazing engineering team are slowly gettong this old lady building but to her proper standards!! Times Sqaure of Minneapolis! So energy about. Cheers a lasting good energy!! Move in but be respectful amd qll kosh!!

Solid place to live

I've lived here since Sept. 2023. Everything seems to run smoothly, from initial tour to move-in. I greatly appreciate the consistency/regularity of the cleaning staff. The community is generally respectful of others around, and management does well to respond to any issues throughout as they arise. There has been a door with the glass broken out that has just been propped open and not repaired for >1 month, however. I also find the rent to be slightly pricier than is fair, but the area and events put on by management do well to counter this.
