Nice, Clean, and a Great Location!

I've lived at Max Apartments close to a year and it has been a wonderful experience. The staff is always quick to respond to questions or issues in the building. The amenities are beautiful. The location is fantastic, walking distance to public transit (the green line specifically) and the U. The biggest perk for me is being soo close to campus, but not immediately surrounded by noisy undergrads. The construction nearby and within the building has been a little annoying, but hopefully won't last too much longer.

Still relatively new to Max, but no regrets so far :)

Everyone here has been so nice. I haven't met very many neighbors, but the ones I have are quite lovely. The office staff are always ready to do what they can to help when I have an issue. It's convenient to work, and I have multiple routes I can choose from.

Max Apartments

I've lived at Max since 2022 and its a beautiful, secure building. While the building, location, and staff are great there have been multiple issues that have impacted my decision to move at the end of my lease. The negatives are: *new building construction is scheduled to begin at 7:00 a.m. but has regularly begun as early as 5:15 a.m.; *the garage was recently fireproofed and residents were subjected to inhaling toxins for at least a month; and *security challenges: one key fob per person and slow closing garage door impact tenant safety.

Max Apartments

Overall I have enjoyed my experience at Max Apartments. If the garage were not under construction and if they were not building a new apartment just across the street, I would have little to complain about. The staff is very kind and timely with their responses. The amenities are great and the shared spaces are very well maintained. I reslly like it here and would highly recommend.
