Gym Improvements Please

Please begging you to make the gym a little more functional. The space is really nice, but many working people wish it opened at 6 instead of 7am. A cable cage, more plates (different weights) for the bar, a pull up bar, a matched set of kettlebells would really really improve the gym.

Max Apartments

Could have better managment. They seem to have let go of a very good property manager or assistant. The coverup and maintence repairs are poorly done. The owner does not seem to be very accomodating!

Max Apartments: Nice, but getting too expensive

There was a bit of a staff turnover since the Lofts began to open, I've noticed that they are a little less responsive/friendly than previous staff. Also rent increased since the Lofts opened, but the parking lot is now a lot busier, the gates are frequently left open/broken, and I've noticed the smell of smoke occasionally in the building and other small things that maintenance / staff was unresponsive to. Despite the increase of rent, the overall experience of living here has gone down.
