Well worth it
It has been a good place, noises can be a lot for some people as far as hearing much of the noise outside the building. However, for the price you get a lot of swell things such as underground parking with washing stations and a storage unit.

I lived in this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment for two years and overall, I had a positive experience. The apartment itself was spacious with a modern kitchen and a cozy living area. It's located in a convenient part of town, just a 10-minute walk from grocery stores, restaurants, and the local bus stop.
