Lived here for years and staying!
6 plus years, and i am staying because it is great location, value and home for me. Quiet, well maintained, low key, and clean. And did I mention quiet? Value received makes it a top location and I have from a curiosity view checked other places and this continues to win for me.

This manager told us all about the rent assistance program and that to qulify we would have to be late on rent so to be sure to not pay the rent and then apply beause almost everyone is getting approved so we should surely try "why not". What a joke!!!! l

I like this apartment!
6 years now and i have not once considered relocating. It is quiet, safe, clean, and very accessible to shopping. I recommend it highly. Jay

I really like living here!
This is a top flight facility and the staff are simply great. Snow removal in the winter is great and the grounds look nice year around. The absence of unwanted noise is a plus by itself. Very quiet! On I-35 in minutes--close to Target and Grocery stores-- minutes to the Burnsville Mall and shopping--a wonderful location for south side living
