I overall do like living in my apartment. Besides the teenage kids down the hall it gets the job done.

Pros: Great location. Has heat and AC provided. Maitenance requests are fufilled within reasonable timeframe. Quiet. Internet provider options are good. Invasive apartment checks are minimal. Reasonable privacy, safe area, no bad neighbours as of yet. Snow removal is often timely. Easy payment system. Cons: Yearly rent increases that are upwards to 15%-20%. Small square footage area. Older building. No remodeling or renovations. Smaller kitchen areas. Aged and cheap cabinents, doors, and baseboard moulding. Fluorescent only lighting. No in-apartment laundry. Few laundry machines. Options for garage space are first-come first-serve.
