Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs to the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. Overall a very nice and safe building

Lived here over a year. LOVE the management, and they keep it clean and lawn well tended to. I feel very safe here and many other tenants are friendly. The parking spots are nicely spaced apart so no door dings or scratches!! Good amount of storage spaces, decent sized in-unit laundry room/ coat closet with storage. So far no problems with appliances. Only real complaints are the very poor soundproofing between apartments, the garages flood in spring and the garbage/ recycling truck needs to come more often (bins pile up, overflows and spills over). Pros outweigh the cons!
