Rent keeps going up and nothing fixed Washer dryer barly works

The rent has gome up ~$350-$400 in 3 years with no updates done to any apartments. The hallways are barely cleaned.

Best place I ever lived! The washer and dryer in the building are outdated and take quarters however that is the ONLY bad thing I could think of. I love living here as the people are friendly, the property manager is easy to work with and the location is right in town!

Renter's Insurance is required for each resident. For every month no Renter's Insurance is supplied or maintained, a $12.00 fee will be charged. Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs for the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums.
