Things are broken all of the time

Of the 4 washers and 4 dryers offered as "amenities" only 2 washers and 2 dryers work. The washers that work are located on the first floor. One dryer works on the 2nd floor, and the one of the 3rd floor works IF you pay extra money to run it longer. The elevator is broken and has broken at least twice this year which means everyone has to do laundry on the first floor, take their WET laundry to the 2nd floor (up 2 sets of stairs because the elevator is broken,) and then dry laundry on another floor. Also of the 3 sinks in our apartment 1 leaks and has since we moved in. Maintenance KNOWS about the issues and continues to not repair them. This is frustrating

Not that great

The exercise equipment does not work, treadmill and universal weight. Essentially not a work out room. The washers and dryers were fixed. If that did not occur you would get, zero for the category Amenities.

Quiet Apartment in Edina

This is a nice, quiet area to live. However, there are some issues. The building has little to no ventilation and the bathrooms have mold. Also, we very rarely have a property manager. The elevator is SLOW.

My Place

I work at night, the driveway is not plowed, until the morning. My car can't get up the driveway when there is snow, and ice on the driveway. I have missed work several times last winter.
