We love living here now that there is consistency with the staff. They aren't always the most present but if you need them they will answer their phone. The neighborhood is less than ideal but many tenants are on top of contacting authorities as needed. The property could use some tlc, mainly the grounds... Flowers planted in gardens, yard fertilized, playground updated but otherwise its served us well.

Overall this facility is great for the location. Since getting a consistent manager and maintenance person this property has never been better. I appreciate that the manager gets rid of those who dont abide by the rules but we could really benefit from security based on our location. I would like to see our storage units be enclosed so that we can access whenever instead of scheduling a time during business hours.
