River North Apartments participates in an affordable housing program. Household income & student status limitations apply. IMPORTANT: One household member must be at least 55 years of age, and all other members at least 40 years of age. The household income is based on GROSS annual income (before any deductions) earned from all sources including; wages, social security payments, public assistance, pensions, annuities, interest income, dividends, stocks, bonds, insurance settlements, recurring gifts from family/friends, lottery winnings, etc.

The property has a minimum household income requirement of 2 times the monthly rent amount to qualify. Third party verification will be required of all income and copies of tax returns and pay stubs may be required.
Total household income must be UNDER the following limits based on household size: - 1 Occupant: $52,200 - 2 Occupants: $59,640 - 3 Occupants: $67,080 - 4 Occupants: $74,520 - 5 Occupants: $80,520 - 6 Occupants: $86,460 NOTE: Immediate move-in date selection is subject to the application approval process.

I enjoy living here and like my 1-bedroom apartment! Really waiting for the fireplace to get fixed. Karen does excellent work and is always so pleasant and smiling. She knows what she is doing and gets the work done in a timely matter! She is great!!

I put in an order on Friday October the 3rd. On Monday morning I get a knock on my door to do my windows at 9a.m. I appreciate their promptness; although I left specific details on having a 3 to 4 hours notice before they come. Today was a good example why. I did not get any sleep the night before, due to my allergy problems and my stomach digestive issues. I have made it clear that they can leave a message on my phone and that I will respond. I just want to be here when entering my unit. Again I do appreciate their quick response but I never know when health problems become an issue, that’s why I need the 3 to 4 hour window. Thank you
