Nestled in a mature grove of Oak trees in the quiet community of Circle Pines, Oak Hills Manor offer spacious, affordable apartments for independent seniors 55 years of age or older. Designed with seniors in mind, Oak Hills Manor features an elevator, emergency call system, convenient laundry facilities on each floor, and plenty of community space for reading, crafting and socializing. Our spacious community room is located on the 3rd floor and is open for parties and gatherings. A number of weekly events are held here as well, including church services, exercise class, and card games. We also work with the Centennial Police Department and conduct monthly or bimonthly safety meetings for residents. Oak Hills Manor is conveniently located near several churches, restaurants, grocery stores, a public library, and the post office. Circle Pines has several beautiful parks and walking trails to enjoy as well with many of these amenities located within walking distance. Anoka County offers senior transportation services for a fee which travel from Oak Hills Manor to several popular locations near and around the Shoreview, Lino Lakes, Moundsview, White Bear and Blaine areas.

I HAVE LIVED AT OAK HILLS MANOR SINCE MARCH OF 2012. MIKE AND CHRYL BECAME MANAGERS SHORTLY AFTER I MOVED IN. I HAVE LIVED IN SEVERAL DIFFERENT APARTMENTS. I HAVE NEVER HAD MANAGERS LIKE THEM. THEY ARE ON TOP OF EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING. EVERYTHING IS MAINTAINED AND FIXED IMMEDIATELY. THE ENTIRE BUILDING IS SPOTLESS FROM THE BASEMENT TO THE 3RD FLOOR. THE GROUNDS ARE BEAUTIFUL. MIKE AND CHRYL GO BEYOND WHAT IS EXPECTED OF MANAGERS. THEY SHOVEL SNOW IN THE WINTER AND PLANT FLOWERS IN THE SUMMER. AND I DON'T MEAN SOME YARD PERSON DOES IT. MIKE AND CHRYL DO IT.
