I enjoy that there is ev charging available. Rent is reasonable considering getting 2 months free initially. Parking lots at the start of winter were not well maintained and resulted in a lot of ice. I believe they hired a new snow removal person. Neighbor above me last 3 months walks very noisily. Lots of loud noises also. Most people are stand offish. Maybe modern people are this way. I like the workout facility, Manager and maintenance are very nice and cordial. I know they try to organize events. But sadly not many participate

We have been here for the past year, and it has been a great spot for us. Arriving here last January, we loved it when the building was super quiet. Not so much anymore! Why would it be? Having local businesses so close to where we are makes living here super convenient. I love being in the outer suburbs for the quieter area, but still being super close to the other western metro locations makes this place a great spot to live!

I dont want to write a review but it’s forcing me to in order to access it. The ac doesn’t reach the third bedroom and the ac is locked in a half door weird. Messy halls peoples dogs poop and it doesn’t get cleaned up mud on stairs, people spill in main spaces, who is cleaning this up? The hot coco machine is always broken, trash room filled with boxes. Really needs a larger tub in the primary bathroom! Fuses blow when we use appliances. Some creepy guy other tenant drinks and smokes shirtless and yells on his phone and looks in windows from outside. The golf room is filled with alcohol bottles, again where is maintenance or who cleans here?
