Never on-site. Never Answer phones

Calls are not returned, Requests for extra keys or storage lockers are pushed back. A new excuse is given and never seems to be a follow through. I still need lease with the correct monthly rent amount.

Rustic Peace

I have lived here for over 14 years. It has served as a wonderful and safe place to raise my family’s and create beautiful memories. Walking the paths and down by the water. Great conversations and a litte fishing. Community BBQ where you get to meet your neighbors. Clean and quiet and alway kept nice and manicured by our hard working Garden Team. Close to Kwik trip and Chaska. Commons Cub and Target. Also not much longer now we will have a Costco just up the road. I have tea on my Balcony and enjoy seeing the leaves grow and then watching them all blow away in all golden and fire red colors. Rustic Peace what a perfect space.

Many years here

Parking is limited. Snow removal is poor. If you leave before 9 am for work, the parking lot is not plowed. Not even a once pass through. Some rules for parking are enforce and some are not. Complex is quiet overall.
