We believe transparency is key, especially when looking for your next home. Our one-time fees include the following for each applicant: $50 Application Fee, per applicant. Nonrefundable. $150 Administrative Fee, per household, due upon approval. Nonrefundable. $500 Deposit, per household, due upon approval. $250 pet deposit, per pet, due upon move-in. Nonrefundable.
