Checked all the boxes!

My husband and I (along with our furbabies) have been here for a little over a month now and have been pleasantly pleased! We love the community - especially the staff. The location is great - we're right next to the Mississippi Crossings which hosts a variety of events from food truck fests to live music to farmers markets! It is a short drive (20 minutes-ish) into downtown. Only downsides: A little spendy after all the add-ons, not a ton of guest parking, and right next to a fairly noisy busy road. Inside the building is peaceful and quiet, though!! We REALLY wish there was a dog park area on the premises, but we do love the pool, firepits, rentable rooms, dog spa, fitness center, rentable bikes/paddleboards, etc. Overall, we definitely recommend The Bowline! :)

Bad experience

We were charged over $100 for scratches on a stovetop griddle-damage from the previous owners. If you choose to rent here, be meticulous about noting any flaws when you move in. Take pictures and submit them right away. Our experience while living there was ok apart from the noise from 169, the crowded garage parking, and the issue with very limited overnight guest parking. Once you give notice, they will charge you for whatever they can so be careful. They turn from acting like they care so much about you to just getting as much money as they can from you. We were disappointed in the way Ashlea and Tiffany were so cold and dismissive to our concerns about being charged unfairly. It is very rare for me to leave a bad review. This exit experience was very disheartening.

A wonderful place to live!

My boyfriend and I just moved a couple months ago and have really been enjoying the place so far! The entire place is gorgeous! The staff has been super helpful throughout the entire leasing process and have quickly responded to any questions or any maintenance requests I've had. The amenities are well taken care of and exactly what I was looking for when it came to a gym and there's so many lounging spots inside & outside to enjoy! Love the fireplaces! They have fun little events that you can attend as well, like bingo or wreath making. They really want to make sure you're comfortable and enjoying your time here, so I really appreciate that!

A Beautiful Amazing Place to Live!

Ever sunce we’ve lived at Bowline at the Mississippi Crossings, we’ve grown to love the community here and the changes around. The staff is friendly. Both Tiffany (GM) and Jason (On-Site Maintenance) work their hardest to make this place a home for the many residents. Definitely this spot is a great area to reside at, and with the new changes around the city and its location, it is wonderful for those who want to have a nice view and be able to attend local city events.
