Location and front desk is good , but trash are is not acceptable, the maintenance service same too , 10 months and still have problems at apartment and didnt fixed yet! So not helpful, charging for trash but the service is not well. So noisy floors, and always smokes …

Good Area to live in. Only problem is a lot of noise from either planes or Light Rail passing through

The front office staff is non-responsive, doesn't pick up the phone, doesnt return voicemails and is lackluster when it comes to customer service. However, when fees or rent are due, the staff suddenly becomes very communicative in order to ensure you make pay. When I need their help, they are no where to be found.
