The front office staff is non-responsive, doesn't pick up the phone, doesnt return voicemails and is lackluster when it comes to customer service. However, when fees or rent are due, the staff suddenly becomes very communicative in order to ensure you make pay. When I need their help, they are no where to be found.

Confortable, good location, excellent condition and maintenance. Some nights there are people making strong noise with their vehicles on the street with loud music.
