Please have vacuum at least one a week on building 1801, 3rd floor, and please clean the trash room too. Thanks.

This building is newer but unlike a lot of the others has free parking lot parking, and is a better value for the space and price you get. It always feels very safe and clean and is really convenient to get to any highways you may need. So far I love living here.

I've lived here right in the beginning when this apartment complex opened up. I've got to say that I love living here. It's so close to everything (35W & 494) with a grocery store, food places and shopping. The staff has been pretty good, no complaints. Haven't needed maintenance that much but the time that we did, it was fast and efficient. There is plenty of parking, so no worries there. All in all, everything has been super stellar!
