Windows taped and not fixed, neighbors upstairs always banging on the wall, people always litter, no parking most of the time, neighbors upstairs always banging on the wall.

Review

I like living here - the maintenance staff is superb and always gets things done in a timely manner. My only complaint as that I can often hear what my neighbors are doing/talking about. (comes with the territory of apartment living) Otherwise - the district is great.
