Excellent place to live!

My husband & two kids have lived in various homes within Genesee for 6 years now and we have nothing but good things to say! These are great places to live, I can’t stress enough how friendly all the staff is- from the cleaning crew, maintenance, concierge to office management. Not only are they all friendly but they want to help and ensure you as a renter are beyond thrilled with your home. They are always willing to listen to any issues and are very prompt with addressing your requests from in your home to the common areas. I would highly recommend

Be careful

If you are a single woman you will not be taken seriously especially with maintaince issues. Appliances are getting old. Grills are in poor condition. Rooftop gas pit does not work. Lots of management/concierge but not practical when rents could be decreased or kept to a minium with increases. Ask how old your carpet is before move in- looks are deceiving

Great place, great staff!

I can honestly say that I have enjoyed every minute of living here. I moved in at the beginning of COVID last year. At that time most of the amenities were closed. The staff did an exceptional job at keeping tenants safe and distant. As restrictions started to lessen this year, the staff once again did an excellent job at following CDC guidelines. I will truly miss this place. I have no complaints. My neighbors are awesome, the staff is always friendly, and the maintenance crew is great! I just want to thank the entire Genesse team for this awesome experience. It has been a pleasure being a tenant here. -Ashley

Quality

The quality of service provided to residents at the Genesee is none like we've experienced before. We've lived at other luxury apartment complexes, and in comparison, the Genesee is our favorite so far. The company must high standards for their staff, because everything is handled so well. It's a pleasant place to come home to, because it's always clean and quiet. We never hear our neighbors - sides, above, or below. We looked at other apartments in Bloomington, and I'm so glad we chose this one. There's a reason their reviews online are so good!
