Current Resident...

I only pay $1200 for my Elizabeth unit and I am a current resident. I have the smallest 2 bedroom sq footage unit with no patio door; so I'm wondering why my unit is specifically posted as being available when I still live here and my February rent was accepted!? Even tho an eviction process started, (after Feb rent was accepted) it hasn't even went to court and I have NOT been legally evicted yet? I am also wondering how it is possible to be "moving out" but then eviction filed after this illegal agreement? (My opinion) I have lived here for 5 years and have seen this place go downhill so bad within the last year and have now been "intimidated and harassed" to the point where I AM MOVING! (My own free will this time) It's ridiculous! Btw.. There is NO picnic area. If there is, I am still trying to find it. The playground only as 1 working, visible swing also. At least a few days ago when I checked. Let it be known that this is a Low Income Tax Credit property also and some residents that live here participate in the program. ( like me) Which means the property, itself, participates in the program also. This property is SUPPOSE to follow the State and Federal Laws that are set in place as the state of Minnesota. Also, why and how did the prices change and become more expensive for my unit when a bigger square footage 2 bedroom costs less than mine!? Including having a deck/patio? Thank you for your time; to whom it may concern.
