Lot could be removed of snow better, and other things could be better.

The shared spaces in hallways and stairwells is very poor. I've sent messages asking for the blood on the walls and all the scrapes and disrepair to be addressed in the stairwell in Building A and nothing has been done. These requests should not take months to be taken care of. Thank you.

In our lease it states that Belle Court Apartments do not allow pets, however, at least 25% or more residents have pets. There are even signs on the entrance/exit doors reminding pet owners to pick up after their pets. Why do some people get to own pets? Thank you.

General occupancy standards and any federal, state, or local housing ordinances will supersede this policy.
